Subcontracting and R&D: your project, made in our factory
Since 1997, DEXTHER has designed and manufactured its own medical devices in its factory in Meaux, France. We also put this know-how at the service of companies in the medical sector and in industry, for their series production from 100 parts. From the initial idea to the finished product, we handle your project under one roof.
A complete, integrated workshop
Everything is done in-house, with no outsourced production:
- Research and development: 3D design of your parts and products in SolidWorks with our engineering department.
- Rapid prototyping on our conventional machines, to validate a part before series production.
- Tooling: programs and moulds made in our workshop.
- Plastic injection moulding on our injection presses.
- Machining: turning, milling, grinding and EDM (electrical discharge machining).
- Assembly and packaging: assembly, inspection and packaging.
Materials
- Plastics: polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), polysulfone.
- Metals: brass, aluminium, steel, copper.

We produce runs of all sizes, from 100 parts, on an industrial basis. We do not make one-off parts.
