Specifications

• Jar made of polycarbonate (autoclavable at 121 °C) or polysulfone (autoclavable at 134 °C).
• Press-fit lid, with integrated smooth connectors for soft tubing.
• EPDM seals.
• Ball-type overflow valve.
• Built-in standard mounting bracket: no basket required.

Use

Place the jar on a suitable holder. Connect the vacuum source to the port marked VACUUM and the suction catheter side to the PATIENT port. Check that the system is in working order (suction switched on, valve in place). If the aspirated volume becomes too large, the valve shuts off suction to prevent overflow.

Maintenance

After use, empty and clean the jar, then autoclave it according to your facility's procedure. Do not use solvents or abrasive detergents. Do not use a jar showing cracks visible through the transparent wall.
